Tablet & Capsule Manufacturing Facility
Our Pharmaceutical unit provides ideal logistical and technical conditions for the manufacture of various tablets and capsules. The Facility has high-speed machines and equipment to ensure excellent quality and deliver sufficient quantity.
Liquid Oral Manufacturing Facility
The facility is specially designed and equipped to manufacture high-quality expectorant, antacids, anti-diarrheal, antibiotic, and vitamin supplements in the form of liquid syrups, dry syrups, and ready-mix syrups.
Topical Manufacturing Facility
The topical manufacturing capability of this facility provides a conducive space for the production of ointments, creams, lotions, and other emulsions. It is specially designed to take care of both, minimum manual handling and negligible vacuum drop.
Quality Testing, Quality Assurance
Our in-house quality control laboratories, analytical research laboratories, Microbiology, and pharmacology laboratories are fully equipped with sophisticated instruments like high-performance liquid chromatography systems, gas chromatography systems, UV spectrometers, and relevant cutting-edge laboratory equipment to cater to the rising needs.
- Unidirectional flow design concept integrated while building the plant
- Well Isolated block with MAL/PAL monolithic to eliminate cross contamination
- Plant design complying with latest cGMP requirement as per PIC/S/WHO guidelines
- Monolithic seamless Epoxy flooring in manufacturing areas and Polyurethane flooring in secondary packing area
